Job Description

We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the company owner and B2B customers. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity in Orlando, FL 32810.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the company owner and internal team
  • Assist with B2B customer communications and support
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Draft correspondence, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings
  • Support basic accounting functions, invoicing, and documentation (experience a plus)
  • Prepare reports and assist with general office tasks as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
