Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $50.13 - $53.13 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
• Own and maintain the team backlog.
• Translate features, epics, and business requirements into well-defined user stories.
• Develop clear acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready standards prior to sprint planning.
• Support feature decomposition and story sizing activities.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering and business partners.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and Engineering Leads to support sprint planning and execution.
• Help establish sprint goals and ensure work aligns with roadmap priorities.
