We are experiencing tremendous growth and as a result are opening a Veteran-owned branch in Alcoa, TN serving the Knoxville and surrounding areas. As such, we are looking to develop a passionate & motivated Sales team. We are looking to hire the top candidates. Greater customization, digital presentations, superior construction and empowering you with the ability to negotiate with customers will quickly place you in a position to succeed. This position is considered HYBRID. You do need to live in the greater Knoxville area to go on appointments and be required to attend biweekly meetings at the office, however some work can be done from home. Duties and Responsibilities: Present yourself in a courteous, professional manner to clients Present products and services effectively to customers Adapt to meet customer needs/wants Utilize 3D design software to create customized designs Maintain your schedule/availability in Closetware Drive in/around the area of responsibility to meet customers Qualifications for the Position: Sales experience (not retail) a must Design experience a plus Basic Computer Skills Must pass a background check Good at networking Job Benefits: The most competitive commission structure in the industry by far!
