Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Brooklyn, NY. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and routing of vehicles to meet client requests efficiently. Duties include monitoring vehicle locations, communicating with drivers for updates and instructions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolutions for scheduling issues. The Dispatcher will play a key role in maintaining operational consistency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and drivers
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail abilities
• Familiarity with scheduling software and technology for dispatch operations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address unexpected challenges or emergencies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
• Experience with LimoAnywhere or a comparable TMS is a strong advantage
