Job Description

We're a family-owned trucking company in Bethel, PA, specializing in flatbed, stepdeck, and RGN heavy haul across 48 states and Canada. Looking for a dispatcher to join our flatbed team.

Key Duties:

• Plan and assign loads to drivers efficiently.
• Communicate with drivers and customers.
• Solve problems and handle issues on the fly.
• Update customers on any delays.
• Keep drivers accountable for paperwork like bills of lading.
• Deliver top-notch customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in OTR trucking dispatch, preferably flatbed.
• Strong people skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams—we'll check references.
• High D/I on DISC: assertive, outgoing, results-driven.
• Open to personal growth and our values (stewardship, communication, etc.).
• Will manage about 30 drivers.
