This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage all aspects of event logistics, from initial concept through to successful completion, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and clients. Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all event activities, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop innovative event concepts and themes that align with the resort’s brand and guest expectations.
• Handle event setup, breakdown, and on-site management to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and grow the resort’s event portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of event management software and MS Office suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
