Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMDepartment: Service Department Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This position is responsible for managing the Express Service Lane, assisting customers with routine maintenance services, and ensuring a fast, efficient, and professional service experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and technicians, and is highly organized. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival * Write repair orders for express maintenance services including: * Oil changes * Tire rotations * Multipoint inspections * Battery replacements * Cabin and engine air filters * Wiper blade replacements * Other quick maintenance services * Accurately document customer concerns and service requests * Communicate service recommendations and pricing clearly * Coordinate workflow with express technicians to maintain efficient turnaround times * Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers updated * Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and closed properly * Promote maintenance services and manufacturer recommended services * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSI standards Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment * Basic automotive knowledge is helpful * Strong organizational and time management skills * Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems * Valid driver's license What We Offer * Competitive compensation * Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends) * Paid training * Opportunities for growth within the service department * Supportive team environment * Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service
