General Production Worker

Hands‑on work. Steady hours. Room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and prepare products according to specifications
• Work with a variety of tools including sanders, nail guns, clamps, and other power tools
• Read and take accurate measurements
• Lift, move, and position materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Support general production and assembly tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure confidently
• General labor, assembly, or production experience
• Basic understanding of machine operation
• Dependability and willingness to learn new skills

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience
• Experience with forklifts or machine operation
• Familiarity working with wood products
• Ability to read blueprints and perform simple inspections

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
