General Production – 3rd Shift (4 Openings)

Pay: $18.50/hr

Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am (Train on 1st shift until 3/30/26)

Hiring Process: Virtual Interview → Start ASAP

Screening: local drug test only

Overview:

Entry‑level production work in a fast‑paced metal manufacturing environment. Duties may include machine operation, material handling, basic assembly, and supporting general manufacturing processes.

Powder Coater – 3rd Shift (2 Openings)

Pay: $17.50–$24/hr (based on experience)

Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am (Train on 1st shift until 3/30/26)

Hiring Process: No interview → Start ASAP

Screening: local drug test only

Requirements: REQ

Overview:

Apply powder coating finishes to metal parts using spray equipment. Responsibilities include prepping materials, coating components evenly, curing parts, and performing quality checks on finished surfaces.

Spot Welder – All Shifts (Entry Level)

1st Shift (M–F): 7:00am–3:30pm → $17.50/hr

2nd Shift (M–F): 3:00pm–11:30pm → $18.50/hr

3rd Shift (Sun–Thurs): 11:00pm–7:30am → $18.50/hr

Training: All hires train on 1st shift until 3/30/26

Hiring Process: No interview → Start ASAP

Screening: local drug test only

Overview:

Light welding work using spot‑weld machines to join metal parts. Ideal for entry‑level candidates interested in manufacturing. Tasks include operating weld equipment, loading components, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
