What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with plants, products, and creating outdoor solutions
• Support add-on sales, special orders, and product recommendations
• Receive and unload weekly nursery deliveries
• Maintain live goods, ensuring plants are healthy and well-presented
• Keep the greenhouse clean, organized, stocked, and properly merchandised
• Stay informed on promotions, products, and seasonal offerings
• Support general store tasks including stocking, cleaning, and loadouts
• Communicate with team members using a radio headset throughout your shift

• Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-focused
• Good communication skills
• Basic comfort with POS systems and technology
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Requiring standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights as needed

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
