Our client, an elite firm, is seeking a Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator to join its Troy office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants broad exposure to both recruiting and core human resources functions.
You will support all aspects of attorney and staff recruiting, partnering with recruiting leadership and departmental managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role plays a key part in the onboarding process by managing pre-employment activities, coordinating orientations, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You will maintain recruiting records, draft and update job descriptions aligned with firm competencies and compensation frameworks, and manage job postings across job boards, professional associations, college career offices, and the firm’s website. In addition, you will handle recruiting administration such as interview scheduling, reference and background checks, candidate communications, and employment inquiries, while building strong relationships with staffing agencies, colleges, universities, and other external talent sources.
