Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community is hiring On-Call RNs and LPNs to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. This is an on-call role with competitive pay, flexibility, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents, supporting their overall well-being
• Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and contribute to individualized care planning
• Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to foster a respectful, supportive environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
