We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows how to keep people, processes, and systems running smoothly.
As our Office Manager, you’ll be the central hub of our daily operations. You’ll support our CSR and Lead Specialist teams, oversee office and facility management, handle customer escalations, and ensure our internal systems are efficient and effective. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be felt across the entire organization. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting a team, and making a real impact every day, this is the role for you.
