Role Overview
Reports To: Director of Logistics
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Travel: 15%
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 per year
Incentive Pay: Quarterly Bonus

The Role
The Operations Project Manager will oversee and manage full item life cycle(s) processes, coordinating timelines with cross-functional project teams. This includes but is not limited to item commercialization, sales analytics, inventory management, and demand planning, with a strong overall emphasis on robust soft skills and customer service
