Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Winthrop, MA, for a Paralegal & Office Manager. The role involves preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing documentation, and overseeing day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities also include coordinating communication with clients, managing schedules, and ensuring a well-functioning and efficient office environment. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's legal and administrative activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Law and experience in preparing legal documents
• Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Effective Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities for managing office operations
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Familiarity with legal software or office management tools is a plus
• Prior experience working in a legal or administrative capacity preferred
