Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform intake, validation, and quality control of invoices submitted by third-party vendors
  • Verify data accuracy and ensure all required fields and documentation are complete
  • Cross-check numbers, calculations, and program measures for compliance
  • Maintain organized records of processed invoices and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices in alignment with program timelines
  • Utilize systems and tools (including Excel and SAP) for data tracking and reporting
  • Follow established procedures for program compliance and documentation standards
  • Support general program coordination and administrative tasks as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured environment
  • Experience working in corporate or large organizational settings

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma required. Additional certifications or relevant experience in administrative or program support roles preferred.
