By working closely with multiple departments—marketing, sales, and quality control—you’ll be integral to the growth and expansion of their client base. As the company continues to expand, they are actively seeking motivated individuals to join their team. On-track earnings range from $56,000 to $93,000 per year, based on performance in both public relations and sales.

Responsibilities of the Public Relations Associate:

  • Deliver interactive presentations to potential clients, conveying the value of services and securing long-term partnerships that drive sales.
  • Analyze public relations and sales campaigns, monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, communicating results and insights effectively.
  • Develop and implement promotional materials aimed at boosting business development, public relations, and sales efforts.
  • Attend regular meetings to contribute to team growth, share strategies, and hit performance and sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen your knowledge of public relations, sales, marketing strategies, and client communication.

Requirements of the Public Relations Associate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
