LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a NYC lifestyle firm that is expanding its Chambers‑ranked real estate practice at the senior level. Details below.

• In this role, you will handle acquisitions/dispositions, financings, JVs, commercial leasing (office & retail), ground leases, air‑rights/assemblages, and condo/hotel development—with a national retail footprint for brand tenants. Leasing experience is a must.
• Developers, investors, owners, and borrowers will look to you as a day‑to‑day point of contact and trusted advisor.
• The real estate group aligns with the corporate/M&A, tax, securities, and litigation groups, facilitating cross collaboration and business development.
• The family‑friendly, down‑to‑earth partners at this Big Law refugee shop will work with you closely, provide quick responsibility, and support your BD efforts through meetings with prospective clients and referral sources, participating in pitches, and developing strategic plans alongside the marketing team to help grow your practice.
• 1,800‑hour target (bonus not tied to hours).
• Hybrid schedule.
