Receptionist (Temp - 2-day coverage)

• Boca Raton, FL
• Hours | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
• Dates: Monday, March 30th, and Tuesday, March 31st
• On-site | Business Professional Attire
• Pay Rate: $25/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
• Greet, check in, and check out visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Assist with meeting setup and post-meeting cleanup/tidying
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Support light administrative tasks as needed
• Use Outlook for basic scheduling and communication (a plus)

What We’re Looking For

• Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
• Polished, professional, and personable demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
• Familiarity with Outlook preferred
