The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator to lead our bidding processes and contribute to our legacy of building excellence. In this pivotal role, you will:
✔ Lead and mentor the estimating team
✔ Develop bid strategies and foster vendor partnerships
✔ Ensure accurate, competitive bids and smooth handoff to project management
What We’re Looking For
✅ 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating (hard bid, design-build, negotiated)
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (ProEst, Procore preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with ProEst and Procore
⭐ Proven success on large-scale commercial projects
⭐ Strong industry network and community involvement
