What you’ll do

• Build full‑stack products & features that blend UX with AI agents for maximum customer impact.
• Prototype & iterate quickly, turning customer pain points into live solutions in days, not quarters.
• Scale the platform—security, observability, and performance—for enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with customers & SMEs to craft new and delightful workflows for complex insurance tasks.
• Raise the technical bar, mentoring peers & juniors, and refining best practices for a high‑velocity team.

About you

• 3–5 yrs building production software across the stack; strong in TypeScript + React and/or Python.
• Proven at shipping 0→1 products in fast‑moving environments (startup or internal incubation).
• Product‑obsessed. You think in user journeys, sweat UX details, and measure success in customer adoption.
• Bias to action. Comfort making trade‑offs, shipping fast, and learning from real‑world usage.
• Nice‑to‑haves: experience with LLM apps, cloud infra (AWS), or fintech/insurtech domains.
