Miami REALTORS® is seeking a Social Media Specialist to own the day-to-day management of the organization’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for executing a consistent content strategy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Experience:
We are seeking a candidate with experience managing social media, digital content, or online community engagement for an organization or brand. The ideal candidate has managed multiple social media accounts, created content using existing visual assets and brand materials, and engaged with audiences in a timely and professional manner. They are comfortable working across teams while staying organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and follow-through are expected. A creative background is important, a design background is a plus, and bilingual capability, particularly English and Spanish, is preferred.. This role requires a high level of initiative and ownership. The right person will identify what needs to be done and move it forward without waiting for direction.
Education:
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range is $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience. The compensation package includes medical insurance and access to a dental savings plan. The organization also offers a 401(k) plan with matching opportunities.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
