Shift 7.5 work day and intermittent hours, as needed Job Summary Residence Life is seeking a STEPS Office Assistant to help with office coverage on an as-needed basis (to fill in during sporadic needs). While covering, responsibilities include engaging with residents, guests, and University personnel in a helpful and friendly manner to answer questions and provide resources; providing desk and phone coverage in a friendly, prompt, and reliable manner. Duties may include:

• mail distribution for the hall
• key audits
• guest check in check out
• customer service
• phone operations
• payroll assistance
