IT Talent Development Specialist

Brooksource is looking for an IT Talent Development Specialist to join our client’s organization. In this role you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and management of training content and talent development initiatives, supporting the growth and development of Information Technology professionals. This role drives collaborative efforts with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create training solutions, and to coordinate and manage talent development initiatives aligned with technology strategies. They assist in the assessment of training content and talent development initiatives to identify potential gaps and recommend improvements while promoting a culture and mindset of continuous learning, development, and innovation.
Detailed Description:
This role drives collaborative efforts with leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create training solutions and to design, coordinate, and manage talent development initiatives aligned with technology strategies.
