Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Training Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating employee training programs, scheduling learning sessions, maintaining training records, and supporting learning and development initiatives.

The Training Coordinator will work closely with trainers, managers, HR teams, and employees to ensure training programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee training schedules and learning sessions
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and documentation
  • Communicate training information to employees and stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs
  • Track training completion and compliance requirements
  • Support virtual and in-person training events
  • Prepare training materials and resources
  • Manage training calendars and scheduling requests
  • Generate training reports and program updates
  • Respond to employee training inquiries
  • Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration
  • Support continuous improvement of training programs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Education, or related field)
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, dependable, and people-focused mindset
