Our client, a privately owned, industry-leading carrier specializing in liquid and dry bulk transportation is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join their operations team.

This is a chance to step into a critical operations seat at a company known for its safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service . You’ll work closely with drivers, maintenance, and customers to keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and assign drivers, equipment, and loads to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Hours of Service , safety protocols, and PPE/load requirements.
• Optimize asset utilization while handling changes and unexpected events in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer transportation requests — setting the tone for service excellence.

Who's A Great Fit

• 2+ years of transportation dispatch experience (tank truck or bulk liquid strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly , stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly.
• A detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving, team-driven operation.
