Fast-growing, Civil Engineer company is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support both office operations and field teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to project managers and executives
• Translate documents and facilitate communication in English and Spanish
• Assist with basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoicing, time sheets)
• Organize and manage vendor contacts, quotes, and contracts
• Assist with processing new hire applications and onboarding paperwork
• Coordinate and schedule safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for job and company records
• Track and submit project documentation as needed
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication
• Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and meeting materials
• Identify and help resolve administrative and operational issues quickly
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Qualifications
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and PDF tools
• Basic accounting knowledge – Experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the construction industry or office administration is a plus
