Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team, who will play a key role in streamlining our company's workflow as the link between various departments, employees, customers, and vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized front office, performing bookkeeping and clerical duties, and assisting other employees as needed. This is a full-time position, on-site in our Las Vegas office.

Role Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests and customers

· Answer incoming calls, message-taking, & email management

· Check mail, deposit checks, scan documents, and distribute as needed

· Manage employee travel arrangements & expense reports

· QuickBooks accounting duties: invoicing & receipting, AP/AR, credit card expense tracking, etc.

· Gaming license filings, renewals and researching requirements

· Calendar management - scheduling meetings, coordinating customer calls

· Inventory management & procurement – coordinating purchase orders & shipments

· Manage incoming receiving and outgoing shipping operations

· Assist in preparing documents such as presentations, price quotes, proposals, etc.

· Customer Contract Management and Renewals

· Keep our office fun, safe, clean, productive, stocked and organized

· Provide administrative support for the CEO and others as needed

Qualifications:

· Accounting (QuickBooks)

· 5-7 years Professional experience as an office manager or administrative support

· Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience

· Ability to work on-site at Las Vegas location

· Highly organized multitasker able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Detail-oriented problem solving; comfortable taking initiative with little direction

· Excellent follow up for internal tasks and/or initiatives

· Flexible schedule; some availability outside of regular business hours

· Software experience: QuickBooks, MS Office, Google Calendar/G-Suite Workspace, Dropbox, Slack, Zoho, meeting/conferencing applications (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)

· Strong interpersonal & written/oral communication skills

· Friendly demeanor & "can-do" attitude

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Coordinating trade show presence/event planning

• Customer service, hospitality, or related experience

• Notary public credentials

• Startup company experience

• Academic background in business administration

• AI experience or curiosity

• Experience with PokerAtlas products, gaming, card room operations, etc.

Salary Range & Benefits:

· $60K - $75K - Dependent upon experience level and skills
