Job Description

Title: Patient Service Representative (Concord, MA)

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Greet and assist patients through comprehensive check-in and check-out procedures, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Utilize EPIC EHR software to meticulously verify and update patient demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Answer and triage inbound calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, general inquiries, and patient support.
• Process prior authorizations efficiently to ensure uninterrupted patient care and accurate billing.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• 1+ year of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of check in / registration procedure
• Experience with cash handling and end of day balancing procedures

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
