Chick-fil-A Greenwich, RI is seeking a Restaurant Training Coordinator to support the business by training, and coaching all employees on Chick-fil-A’s procedures and policies. The Training Coordinator will oversee the initial and reoccurring training of employees in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture. The Training Coordinator is in constant communication with the leadership team and franchisee and also works operationally.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates knowledge of Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
• Develops employees through a training program and coaching
• Works with the leadership team to develop the team while creating a positive work culture
• Works with the leadership team to revise training plan based on the needs of the business
• Completes recurring training with current employees for continual development
• Tracks and communicates employee development with monthly evaluations to the leadership team
• Complete understanding of key positions in either the front or back of the restaurant
• Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have 1 year of experience in a training position.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
