RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support purchasing and planning activities by analyzing demand trends and assisting with material requirements
• Review and interpret forecasting data to help maintain appropriate inventory levels and product availability
• Assist with supplier-related processes including purchase orders, confirmations, and performance tracking
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting efforts to support supply chain optimization initiatives
• Participate in projects focused on improving inventory accuracy, supply continuity, and operational efficiency
• Help maintain supplier and contract information within internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency
• Assist with tracking key metrics related to supplier performance and supply chain effectiveness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives tied to digital supply chain transformation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Exposure to or interest in ERP/MRP systems
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
